Neopharm’s story began in the 1930s with Dr. Goldschmidt, a visionary pediatrician who immigrated to Israel from Germany. In 1941, working from his apartment, he secured distribution rights for a new antibiotic-marking the birth of Neopharm in a land with more sand than roads. His bold ambition was simple but powerful: to improve lives and ease suffering
That mission took a major leap in 1955, when Neopharm introduced Aureomycin, the first antibiotic for pneumonia, transforming healthcare access in Israel.
